What are my options for UK delivery?

Kontenta offers a range of free UK delivery options which are determined by the size and weight of the purchased items. For most small items such as kitchenware or accessories, we use Royal Mail or Interlink Express, both are fully trackable services that offer delivery within 1-2 working days. For larger items under 1 meter in height and a maximum of 30kg per item, again we use Interlink Express, this is a very reliable next working day delivery service, should your order be placed before 1pm. For larger & bulkier items, we use Domestic Distribution which is a white glove two man delivery service, items are delivered to any room of your choice within 10 working days (not taking in to account possible manufacturing lead times), items are unpacked and packaging is taken away, with this platinum service the items must be fully inspected for any damages on delivery as customers are required to sign a POD to confirm products have been received in perfect condition.

Access to my home is quite limited, what should I do?

It is vital that you must take extra care to ensure the correct measurements have been noted of the products you intent to purchase. The sizes of each item are stated on the product page. You should consider all types of access including lifts, stairs and vehicle access. If windows or doors require removal to gain access, it is your full responsibility to arrange this at your own cost and risk.

I live overseas, can I make a purchase from Kontenta.co.uk?

It is possible to make a purchase from our store, although at the moment our system will not allow international postage. You must contact a customer service representative in order to get a full shipping quote. Please email customerservices@kontenta.co.uk with information on your desired product, along with the required quantity, your full name and postage address, you will then receive a response within 24 hours. Please note, at present VAT is charged on all orders.

Do I have to register to make an order?

Registration is not compulsary and you may check out as a guest. Although for future purchases, your information will not be saved and you'll miss out on discounts and product updates. We do not spam customers with emails, only information that is relevant and useful to readers.

My promotional code isn't working, what can I do?

We offer regular promotional codes internally and on third party websites. If your code has been taken from an external website, there is a probability that the promotion has expired and is no longer in use. For discount codes that we offer internally on our website, terms and conditions are applied therefore it may be the case that the code excludes specific brands or is not valid in conjunction with other offers such as sale/discounted products.
